Holiday Inn Express & Suites Corning by IHG

This was a sleeper hit. And please note, this is the perfect halfway point between Portland and LA, so the location is great, right off the I-5, and enough food spots and gas stations nearby. It’s very pet friendly and the staff were so nice and open, every front desk staff I came across was extremely helpful and kind. It felt safe and was very quiet in the evening. The breakfast was also pretty good with great options which were diverse for many dietary needs, and it was great that they had to-go bags for anyone wanting to take food with them. Would 100% stay again.

We really like this hotel. Eddie, the person that reserved our room, and checked us in, was very friendly and accommodating. Very nice guy. Then in the morning we were helped by Becky and Yuri at checkout. They were both terrific, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel!!!

We love this hotel! The staff is always very friendly and welcoming and the Manager Becky is wonderful. The rooms are always meticulously clean, newly remodeled and have great beds. This is our go-to hotel when we are headed south. We stay at a lot of IHG hotels and this one is our favorite.

During a very difficult time for our family, our stay at the Holiday Inn was made truly effortless thanks to Becky, the manager. My father recently went to be with the Lord, and Becky showed exceptional care and compassion throughout our stay. She was attentive, professional, and incredibly accommodating, always greeting our entire family with a warm and genuine smile. Her kindness made a meaningful difference for us, and we are deeply grateful. Thank you for everything you did to support our family during our recent stay.

As a truck driver that is there every other day this place is very helpful and they keep it very clean. Staff is super friendly and always willing to help. Great security camera placement which is a great thing knowing my personal car is here 3 to 4 times per week. My advise, You need somewhere to stay that's a home away from home look no further.

We had a great stay at Holiday Inn Express. Rebecca at check-in was warm and welcoming, which instantly makes a travel day better. The room was very clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for all of us to spread out without climbing over suitcases. Now the real reason some of us choose hotels… breakfast. And this one delivered. Scrambled eggs, two kinds of sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, a pancake machine, cinnamon rolls, muffins, yogurt, cereal, juice, coffee. It was the kind of breakfast where everyone actually finds something they want, and no one leaves hungry. As a family of five, a solid free breakfast is basically a budget strategy. One less meal eating out is always a win. Clean rooms, kind staff, and a breakfast that pulls its weight. We’d definitely stay again.

We had a rough trip picking up my father from Oregon back to California, he has cancer & dementia and was highly agitated we stopped to stay the night. Jett was there kind and understanding. His patience and kindness went a long way. The morning staff was amazing too! ( Sorry I didn’t get their names) Rooms were clean and breakfast hit the spot!

The hotel and room was clean. Despite being near the freeway, the rooms on the freeway side are extremely quiet. The lady at the front desk was excellent. She gave us extra towels. The TV channel selection was over 50 channels. And it was nice to have the breakfast included.
